The Layenberger 3K Protein Shake Yoghurt Lime is ideal for a conscious, protein-rich and healthy diet. Thanks to the three protein sources soy, milk and whey, our 3K Shakes cover a broad spectrum of amino acids - including all essential amino acids (EAAs)! The three-component protein - 79% protein in the drinking powder - also ensures that the shakes have a high biological value. Due to its unique fresh and sour yogurt lime flavour, the supply of your body with sufficient protein simply is a pleasure. The gluten-free and aspartame-free shakes contain vitamins E, C, B1, B2, B6, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid and biotin. Vitamins are important for almost all metabolic processes and body functions. In addition, calcium is also involved in many metabolic processes and contributes to the maintenance of muscle function and bones. With Carnipure®, the 3K Shakes contain L-carnitine of high quality, which plays a role losing fat and thus also in the generation of energy.
Protein is sooo important for you!
The German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends a daily protein supply of 0.8g per kilogram of the body weight of a normal-weight adult. If you do sports or other physical activities, this requirement can increase to 1.2g to a maximum of 2g per kilogram. Just as the DGE recommends for people in older age - from the age of 65 at least 1g per kilo of the body weight! At the same time our Layenberger 3K Shakes are easy to prepare: shake 30g of the drinking powder with 250ml of cold water or 300ml of cold semi skimmed milk (1.5% fat) for 20 seconds - enjoy up to three servings daily!
