Despite the great nutritional profile, you don't have to miss out on the genuine taste of classic durum wheat semolina pasta. Because unlike many other protein pasta, we have dispensed with ingredients such as pea-, lentil- or pumpkin seed flour, thereby preserving the original key. Our High Protein Pasta consists of only three ingredients, is completely free of additives and suitable for a vegan diet. The popular fusilli shape offers you versatile uses: Whether as a pasta salad, classic Italian with Ragu alla Bolognese or in a casserole. Notice: Please store dry, protected from light and at room temperature (approx. 20°C).
Preparation: Add the content of the bag in 2-3 liters of boiling salted water. Cooking time depends on the desired consistency: 10-12 minutes.
