Due to the three protein sources soy, whey and milk, our 3K Shakes cover a wide range of amino acids - including all essential amino acids (EAAs)! The three-component protein - 80% protein in the drinking powder - also ensures a high biological value of the shakes. Due to its unique fruity and fine banana flavour, the supply of your body with sufficient protein simply is a pleasure. The gluten-free and aspartame-free shakes contain vitamins E, C, B1, B2, B6, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid and biotin. Vitamins are important for almost all metabolic processes and body functions. In addition, calcium is also involved in many metabolic processes and contributes to the maintenance of your muscle function and bones. The German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends a daily protein supply of 0.8g per kilogram of the body weight of a normal-weight adult.
