Beef, iodised curing salt (salt, potassium iodate, preservative sodium nitrite), sunflower protein, spices, pepper, coriander, dextrose, antioxidant sodium erythorbate, ripening cultures, smoke.
Allergen information: May contain traces of celery, mustard and products thereof.
Notice: Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Store at room temperature and in a dry place. Protect from heat. The appearance of white coating is an effect of natural ripening and not a quality issue.
Beef snack with sunflower protein. Cured, smoked, dried and refined with spices.
