Preparation instructions: Mix the contents of the sachet (47g of powder) with 300ml of cold water in a hand shaker or mixer.

Anwendungshinweis: Ersetzen Sie alle Mahlzeiten über einen von Ihnen selbst bestimmten Zeitraum (nicht länger als 8 Wochen) durch Layenberger diet5. Verzehren Sie immer 5 Portionen pro Tag, etwa alle 3 Stunden eine. Nur so ist die tägliche Versorgung mit ausreichenden Mengen an allen essenziellen Nährstoffen gewährleistet. Bei einer Diät sollten Sie unbedingt darauf achten, zusätzlich genügend zu trinken (mindestens 2 Liter kalorienfreie bzw. kalorienarme Flüssigkeit pro Tag).
