Isostar Hydrate & Perform is an isotonic electrolyte drink and was specially developed to support athletic performance.
The carbohydrate-electrolyte solution helps maintain endurance performance during prolonged endurance training and improves water absorption during physical activity.

Product application:
We recommend drinking Isostar Hydrate & Perform during the warm-up phase (150ml to 300ml) and regularly during and after exercise or competition (approx. 150ml every 15 minutes). The following flavors are available: Orange, Lemon, Red Fruits, Grapefruit. Preparation: 3 scoops in 500ml of water (1 scoop is equivalent to one heaped tablespoon).

Preferred activity:
Hydrate & Perform is ideal for intense or long exertion (< 2 hours) and is especially recommended for sporting activities in high temperatures.
