Isostar Hydrate & Perform is an isotonic electrolyte drink specifically developed to support athletic performance.
The carbohydrate-electrolyte solution helps maintain endurance during prolonged exercise and improves water absorption during physical activity.
Product usage:
We recommend drinking Isostar Hydrate & Perform already during the warm-up phase (150 ml to 300 ml), as well as regularly during and after exercise or competition (about 150 ml every 15 minutes). Available flavors include Orange, Lemon, Red Fruits, and Grapefruit.
Preparation: Mix 3 scoops in 500 ml of water (1 scoop equals a heaping tablespoon).
Preferred activity:
Hydrate & Perform is ideal for intense or long-lasting activities (under 2 hours) and is especially recommended for sports performed in high temperatures.
