Application & Preparation

For one serving, mix two slightly heaped scoops ( 30g of powder ) with 500ml of cold water in a shaker. Then let the shake rest in the refrigerator or freezer for about 10-15 minutes – this reduces the natural foaming and ensures a clear consistency. Enjoy well chilled!

Measuring spoon included. Weighing is recommended for accurate dosage. One pack contains 14 portions of 30g each.

We recommend 1 to 2 servings (approx. 0.8 to 1.5g of protein per kilogram of body weight, up to 2.0g for strength training) spread throughout the day . Ideally after training or at least two hours before training.
