Who is organizing and responsible for the competition?

This giveaway is in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation and to terminate, extend, or suspend the giveaway if necessary.

Cancellation

You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a personal message to socialmedia@layenberger.com. Your data will then no longer be processed.

Who is allowed to participate? Are there any restrictions?

Employees of Layenberger, their family members, and persons under 18 years of age are excluded from participation. Residents must be residents of Germany or Austria.

What participant data is stored, for how long, and how?

By participating in the competition, you consent to the collection and use of all personal data you provide, including your email address. We collect, store, and process this personal data for the purpose of conducting and administering the competition, notifying you if you win, for the public drawing of the winner, and for any contact mentioned in the competition entry form. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.

Transmission of address data in case of physical prize

In the event of a physical prize, we will forward your address details to a delivery service provider for shipping purposes. Multiple entries: In the case of multiple entries (even across different platforms), only the first entry will be considered.

2. Eligibility

All natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation & Competition Procedure

Participation is achieved by subscribing to the newsletter and filling out the participation form on site.
The competition starts on April 12, 2025 and ends on April 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM.
Each participant can only participate once.
In case of multiple submissions, only the first message can be considered.

4. Profit & Profit Determination

The prize is an exclusive tennis package, which includes:

The winner will be drawn at random.
Notification will be sent via email within 7 days of the closing date for entries.
If the winner does not respond within 3 days , a new winner will be drawn.

The collected data will be used exclusively for conducting the prize draw and sending the newsletter.
