Shipment
How much does shipping cost within Germany?
Orders over €49 qualify for free shipping within Germany. For orders under €49, a flat shipping fee of €6.50 will be charged.
We ship with DHL.
Can I have my order delivered to a parcel locker?
Of course, you can also have your order delivered to a Packstation. Please enter the Packstation details (Packstation number and postal code) as the delivery address.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to several European countries. You can find out exactly which ones on the Payment & Shipping page.
By the way: We offer free international shipping on orders over €70.00 / €100.00. For orders under €70.00 / €100.00, a flat shipping fee of €6.50 will be charged.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. As soon as we hand your package over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code via email, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Payment in advance by bank transfer
You can conveniently pay for your order via bank transfer. The bank details and payment reference will be displayed to you immediately after completing your order.
PayPal
Pay for free, securely, and quickly, and choose whether you want to pay with your credit card or your linked bank account. After clicking the "Buy Now" button, you will be redirected to PayPal. Details can be found on the provider's website at www.paypal.de
credit card
Pay conveniently and securely by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Simply select credit card as your payment method in the final step of the order process.
Please have your credit card ready. Credit card details will be transmitted using SSL encryption.
Pay Now via Klarna
You pay securely and conveniently using your usual online banking details (PIN/TAN) without registration. When you make a purchase with Klarna Instant Payment, you are also usually protected by Klarna Buyer Protection. Customer account
What are the advantages of a customer account?
A free customer account offers several advantages. After logging in, you can view your previous orders, fill and edit your wish list, and save your delivery and contact information. This saves you time for future orders.
Additionally, we can see what you have ordered so far and can send you targeted discounts and recommendations.
How can I change or reset my password?
You can easily change your password in your customer account; simply click on My Account.
