We naturally comply with all legal requirements for meal replacement products and daily rations for weight-controlling diets, including the mandatory registration of all diet5 products with the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety (BVL).

1. Can I prepare the Fit+Feelgood shakes with water instead of milk?
   Do you want to mix your shake with water? We generally advise against deviating from the recommended preparation with low-fat milk. Why? The nutritional values ​​of the milk are firmly integrated into the recipe and the nutritional information. Only by preparing it with milk can we guarantee that your body receives all the essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals during a diet phase.
   Of course, if you're using the shake purely for enjoyment and not as part of a diet, it's entirely up to you how you prefer to prepare it. Experiment and see what you like!
3. What does "3K" mean?
   The term "3K" stands for 3-component protein. This means that our shakes combine three high-quality protein sources: whey protein, milk protein, and soy protein. This combination ensures a high biological value – a measure of how efficiently our body can convert the proteins into its own protein.
   Particularly important: A high proportion of essential amino acids, which your body cannot produce itself, makes the shake an optimal source of protein.
5. Are there lactose-free shakes?
   Many of our products contain dairy components such as whey or milk protein and are therefore not completely lactose-free. But there is an alternative! Our plant-based Fit+Feelgood Shakes (in the turquoise can) contain no dairy ingredients. However, due to the production process, trace amounts of lactose cannot be completely ruled out.
   Another option is our ready-to-drink shakes. Depending on the variety, these are either lactose-free (<0.1 g lactose per 100 ml) or low-lactose (<1 g lactose per 100 ml). All varieties provide you with an extra portion of protein – perfect for a conscious diet.
7. Why are there no more measuring spoons included in the shakes?
   Sustainability is important to us. That's why we've decided to remove the plastic measuring spoons from our shakes. This small change allows us to save plastic and contribute to environmental protection.
   By the way: The legislature has already banned many single-use plastic products to reduce plastic consumption. But don't worry – you can easily measure the perfect portion with a standard kitchen scale.
